Created to share our first hand knowledge of fishing, aquaculture and the colourful local history that brings beautiful seafood to your plate. Knowledgeable, local guides, a large, modern vessel and fresh seafood make this a must do tour if you have ever eaten seafood or want to know what makes Port Lincoln the seafood capital of Australia.

Seafood Bay Cruise

Cruise the waters of the largest, most sheltered harbour in the world and learn things that only a local would know. The cruise will take in the canals of the Lincoln Cove Marina, Porter Bay, Boston Bay, Port Lincoln National Park, Boston Island, our local Sea Lion colony and views of Port Lincoln that can only be seen from the water (*all destinations are weather dependent). Enjoy local seasonal seafood such as: Prawns, Mussels, Sashimi Tuna and Kingfish.To truly appreciate Port Lincoln seafood, this tour is a necessity for all visitors and even a local or two.

Itinerary

Meet at 09:15am at the Adventure Bay Charters office, 2 South Quay Boulevard, Port Lincoln, for a 09:30am Departure.

The crew will conduct a safety briefing and introduce you to the vessel.

The tour starts within the Lincoln Cove Marina, taking in: the fishing fleet, architecture, history and the millionaires’ playground.

Cruise through Porter, Boston and Proper Bay, see the sites of Stanford, Winters hills, Boston Island, National Park and the City.

Visit aquaculture sites and taste the produce; Mussels, Prawns, Kingfish and Tuna.

Tour ends at 11:30am returning to the dock of the Adventure Bay Charters office – 2 South Quay Boulevard, Port Lincoln.

Cancellation Policy

Tours will be cancelled if the weather is unsuitable. Adventure Bay Charters reserves the right to offer an alternate date if the trip is cancelled by us or will offer a full refund on a case-by-case basis. Bookings are not confirmed until the payment is received from the customer (customer – participant on the tour) Cancellation policy applies to all clients (client – the person who books and confirms the booking with Adventure Bay Charters)

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or in case of no show.
  • A cancellation fee of 20% applies for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance.
  • A cancellation fee of 10% applies for cancellations made more than 14 days in advance.
