Last Wednesday night something exciting happened… Adventure Bay Charters were inducted into the HALL OF FAME after winning the 2011 Regional Award for Sustainability. The honour of being inducted into the HALL OF FAME came to us after winning a regional award for the 3rd consecutive year!!! Pretty impressive huh?!

“Adventure Bay Charters is a sustainable tourism operator from Port Lincoln, who have recently introduced a ‘Swim with the Great Whites’ tour, which is their biggest achievement in sustainable and eco tourism to date.
Adventure Bay Charters’ ‘Swim with Great Whites’ is the first shark cage diving tour that has found a responsible way to attract the shark without the use of berley (blood and offal). It addressed the ongoing local community’s concerns about berleying sharks.
After overwhelming success and the help of AC/DC’s ‘Back in Black’ album, Adventure Bay Charters created the only berley free and advanced eco certified shark cage diving experience in Australia.
Adventure Bay Charters is not only an operator that displays a responsible image it has had several achievements that have given the company a drive to carry these goals of sustainability into the future.
Adventure Bay Charters have won Advantage SA Regional Awards for three consecutive years, and have now also been inducted into the Telstra Hall of Fame”
Jezza has been put hard to work to build a new trophy shelf for us… not to brag or anything
On another note, this weekend Adventure Bay Charters has headed out on its first ever “Great Ocean Safari”, an over night trip on board the LUXUARY Strictly Business. This Ultimate Marine Adventure lets you experience all that the ocean has to offer – Tuna, Sea Lions, Dolphins, Whales and GREAT WHITE SHARKS… Keep an eye out to hear how the trip went!!

Your site is actually outstanding. Keep posting that way.
